"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.

Heehee. I'm dead, huh? Don't know what happened but my drawing activity suddenly died. Perhaps it blew up? Mybe it is in hiding? I can't tell. Hopefully my brain waves' artistic section will start functioning properly again so I can post stuff up.
